OREANDA-NEWS. July 31, 2012. LLC "STROYGAZMONTAZH" has been announced the winner of the open bidding query of JSC “Gazprom” for reconstruction of the 1st and 2nd strings of gas pipeline branches Chusovoy – Berezniki – Solikamsk (I and II start-up complexes) in the Perm Territory.

"STROYGAZMONTAZH" will construct two new gas pipelines parallel to the operating strings Chusovoy — Berezniki — Solikamsk which serve pipeline branches from the trunk pipeline N.Tura — Chusovoy — Perm and designed to provide gas supply to industrial consumers and for people of the Perm Territory.

The I start-up complex provides for construction of 180 km gas pipeline parallel to the II string of the operating gas pipeline Chusovoy — Berezniki — Solikamsk and construction of underwater crossings across Vilva, Usva, Kosva and Yayva rivers. The II start-up complex includes demolition of the 1st string of gas pipeline Chusovoy — Berezniki — Solikamsk and construction of new 180 km gas pipeline in its place.

The Company has already started work at the linear part of the I start-up complex. A pipe welding station has been installed; more than 60 units of construction equipment and 100 people have been mobilized nearby Gremyachinsk settlement of the Perm Territory.

Gas pipeline branches Chusovoy — Berezniki — Solikamsk were put into operation in the 70s — 80s. Reconstruction of these gas pipeline branches will increase reliability of gas supply to the consumers of the Perm Territory.
