OREANDA-NEWS.  July 31, 2012. Considering the interest of potential investors to purchase additional amount of the debt securities the management of the JSC “Moda Kapitals“, according to the prospectus provisions, has been increased  the value of the emission  with 250 (two hundred fifty) debt securities (ISINLV0000800878) for EUR 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand euro) in its nominal value.

The payment for the new securities to be emitted is date 26th of July 2012.

The price for the bonds to be emitted is 100% of its nominal value plus the accumulated coupon for the related payment date.

The additionally emitted securities will be included in the Baltic list of the Debt securities of the NASDAQ OMX Riga.
