OREANDA-NEWS. July 31, 2012. Public Joint Stock Company “AutoKrAZ” has established the regional hub for promotion of the KrAZ trucks in Southeastern Asia. This is the first such project by “AutoKrAZ” in overseas countries, reported the press-centre of AutoKrAZ.   

An area of responsibility of the established hub covers Indonesia, Malaysia and Myanmar. The hub is an important element of distribution network. Its purpose includes handling distribution network, providing maintenance and repair; moreover, the centre is supposed to provide various financial services to buyers.

AUTOKRAZ ASIA PTE LTD, incorporated in early July and located in Singapore is the Hub’s headquarters.

At the moment the marketing efforts of the AUTOKRAZ ASIA PTE LTD are concentrated on the Indonesian market with focus on mining, where the KrAZ trucks are particularly good. AUTOKRAZ ASIA PTE LTD assigns a high priority to mining segment in the business plan due to dynamic development and growth potential of Indonesian mining industry.

Within the marketing plan the test and trials of the KrAZ trucks in coal deposit in the island of Sumatra and launching of showroom in Kalimantan will take place in early autumn 2012.
