UVK, a leading operator in the Ukrainian market of integrated logistics solutions, carries out a regular delivery of suppliers’ FMCG’s to all retail chains across the country. Since September 2012, in the context of the optimization of the Fozzy hypermarkets chain’s distribution system, UVK is agreed to become the exclusive partner of the "Expansion" LLC to do the physical distribution to this local chain of hypermarkets

Below is provided the abridged version of the official letter issued by "Expansion" LLC to its suppliers:

We hereby inform you that within the frameworks of optimization of the distribution logistics system, the logistics company JSC "UVK Ukraine" is selected to be the exclusive partner of "Expansion" LLC to deliver the goods to the Fozzy hypermarket chain from September 2012.

We are convinced that the consolidation of efforts with a leader in the market of integrated logistics will give a new positive impetus to our relations. We also look forward to the significant optimization of your transportation costs and other optimizations in terms of delivery lead-time, which should increase our common sales and generate an added value

The cooperation with UVK will allow you to obtain significant benefits by using UVK’s complex solutions in transportation, warehousing, customs and international logistics

We request you contact the UVK company’s sales department on August 31, 2012 as latest, to coordinate all operational and commercial issues as well as to discuss a respective contract’s terms

Hereby we inform you that from September 1, 2012 the Fozzy hypermarkets will receive the goods delivered by the UVK company alone.
