OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2012. Pursuant to the RF Ministry of Transport Order no 77 of March 26, 2012 on Establishment of the Prohibited Areas for Navigation and their Opening for Navigation, starting from 00:00 local time September 07, 2012 the prohibited areas for navigation shall be established within the Port of Vladivostok aquatorium.

Within the Port of Vladivostok aquatorium all vessels are prohibited from mooring and manoeuvring, including small vessels, other than the vessels engaged in APEC 2012 Summit events, coastal shipping passenger ships, rescue vessels.

The Port of Vladivostok aquatorium is to be open for navigation from 00:00 local time, September 11, 2012.

Given the above Commercial Port of Vladivostok encourages the partners and customers to plan accordingly the delivery and pick-up of cargo by sea to/from the port with due consideration of the establishment of the prohibited areas for navigation by government authorities.
