Atomexpo 2012 is the most important event of the nuclear power industry, which brings together the leading Russian and foreign companies which operate in nuclear power industry. Not only employees from the E4 headquarter , but also representatives of its business units, such as Scientific and Production Association “CKTI”, KIEP, E4-CEM participated at the exhibition.

During the exhibition ATOMEXPO 2012, E4 Group’s employees made a presentation at the booth about the company`s experience in nuclear industry, ongoing projects of the holding, and promising spheres of the industry. Currently, E4 Group is implementing several large-scale industry-related projects, among which are the reconstruction of spent nuclear fuel pool and the construction of a “dry-type” spend nuclear fuel storage in the town of Zheleznogorsk (the Krasnoyarskiy Kray), development of site approval dossier and feasibility study of Ninh Thuan 1 Nuclear Power project (Vietnam), participation in creating a unique safety element – New Safe Confinement over Charnobylskaya NPP, etc.

It is to remind that several days before the event, E4 Group became the winner of the auction for the construction of the second phase of the “dry-type” storage facility for spent nuclear fuel. The first phase was started up in late 2011. “Successful implementation of such technologically complicated projects in nuclear industry which have been executed by a private company is a stunning example of a successful Public Private Partnership. Some enterprises comprised by E4 Group have an experience in nuclear power industry of over 50 years: it was our company`s employees who participated in the erection of the first NPP in the world in the town of Obninsk. The construction of the nuclear fuel storage is an immediate testimony that our company continues to work actively and to implement unique projects, which most frequently are unparalleled in the world”, - said Vladimir Kalinin, General Director of E4 Group.
