PM of Ukraine Calls for Deregulation in Agricultural Сomplex
OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2012. "The support of the agricultural sector this year is a record: 10 billion UAH – it is in 3 times more than last year" - the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said at the inauguration of the river dock grain terminal in Chyrske village of Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky district.
However, the Prime Minister considers that the state support should be not only in the financing or the creation of benefits. In his opinion, the greatest support - is to create conditions of economic freedom for businesses.
After hearing the comments of leaders of business regarding bureaucracy in construction and operation of elevators, in particular, the need for their annual certification, the Prime Minister said: "Frankly, I am very dissatisfied with rates of deregulation".
"The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food should work intensively, - he stressed. – It should have initiatives, "unload" the investor, to help him and provide working conditions. Investor creates jobs, provides the well-being of people - this is important. "
"We’ll take into account all the comments - Mykola Azarov reassured. - We understand that the work on deregulation – is a heavy removal bondage, and corruption. This case requires constant intervention, including by the Prime Minister".
"Just believe me - we will continue this work" – PM said.
