Rosbank Receives Visa Service Quality Performance Award
OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2012. The Visa Service Quality Performance Awards were established in 1992 to recognize exceptional card operations performance by issuers, acquirers and processors in sixteen categories, reported the press-centre of Rosbank.
To qualify for one of these awards, banks and processors must have achieved superior results in the bank cards operations key areas and its activity have led to significant improvement in cardholders and merchants service quality.
"Rosbank has been awarded in category "Highest Fraud Chargeback Effectiveness, Debit Consumer Issuer" - Sergey Barkovsky, Head of Bank Cards and e-Banking Technologies Division, comments. Winners in this category must have eliminated chargebacks by identifying and addressing transaction processing improvements and training merchant sales staff on proper card acceptance procedures".
