OREANDA-NEWS. July 26, 2012. SOLLERS JSC and Mazda Motor Corporation signed an agreement about establishment of a joint venture for manufacture of vehicles in Vladivostok with equal ownership ratio 50/50.

A new enterprise will be located in Vladivostok and start operation in the second half of 2012.

The new enterprise will manufacture new crossover Mazda CX-5, sedan Mazda6 and SOLLERS models for further sale in the Russian market. The first stage capacity will be 50 thousand vehicles per year. In the future, the capacity will be increased up to 70 thousand vehicles.
