OREANDA-NEWS. July 25, 2012. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company and the Tyumen Region Government have concluded a cooperation agreement aimed at increasing insurance protection of insurance coverage of the population and economic entities of Tyumen Region.

To realize the Agreement, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company intends to create conditions to promote new insurance products to the insurance market of Tyumen Region on the principles of free competition, assist formation of a positive image of Tyumen Region in cooperation with representatives of Russian and foreign companies, elaborate information materials to popularize insurance and increase insurance culture of the population and economic entities of the region, and also take into account the recommendations of Tyumen Region Government during elaboration and realization of insurance programs and projects.

On its part, the Tyumen Region Government intends to carry out events aimed at Agreement realization within the powers established by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Realization of programs and projects on the subject of the Agreement is based on state contracts and civil agreements between the parties on the condition of adherence to RF legislation, including antitrust laws and laws on orders placement.

The Agreement has no aim to restrict competition or provide any advantages to the insurer in comparison with other market participants that perform their activities on the territory of Tyumen Region. When obligations are performed within the framework of the Agreement, the parties are governed by the federal Law dated 26.07.2006 No. 135-FZ “On competition protection”.

The Agreement has a clearly social orientation and serves, first of all, the interests of Tyumen Region dwellers who will get high-quality insurance protection”.
