Industrial Bank (IB) has up grade d its mobile banking products in an all-round way and released client mobile banking (version 2.0) and online mobile banking (version 3.0) to further diversify product functions, improve operating interface, consolidate security protection, and enhance customer experience, all demonstrating its endeavor to make the operation of mobile banking system simpler, easier and safer, reported the press-centre of Industrial Bank.
It is reported that, the upgraded online mobile banking (version 3.0) releases the “color version” for users of high-speed 3G network and large-screen smart phones, bringing such customers with fashionable and colorful visual enjoyment and all-sided and rich mobile financial services, and improving the compatibility of the mobile banking system for mainstream mobile internet browsers such as Chrome and Safari. And a “simple version” is provided for customers using small-screen mobile phones and 2G network, with a simple and straightforward interacting interface to ensure that customers can handle various businesses with the mobile banking system smoothly.
Both iPhone client mobile banking and Android client mobile banking (version 2.0) create a “financial information” platform with diversified contents for customers to learn various financial information in a timely manner. Meanwhile, they further improve the service “outlet inquiry”, supporting customers to inquire about IB outlets and ATMs in surrounding areas in a fast manner. The logon process is further simplified. A customer only needs to have the logon mobile phone number verified upon the initial use, and then he or she can realize fast logon easily while not setting the network.
Additionally, the upgraded IB mobile banking provides customers with more comprehensive mobile financial services, such as account inquiry, transfer and remittance, investment and wealth management, and credit card. In particular, the mobile banking boasts an outstanding service function of “investment and wealth management”.
