NOMOS Bank Announces Shareholding Structure Changes
OREANDA-NEWS. July 25, 2012. Nomos Bank (“NOMOS” or “the Bank” or with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), the eight largest Russian bank in terms of total assets and the second largest privately owned universal banking group in the country, announces some technical optimisation of the shareholding structure, reported the press-centre of NOMOS-BANK.
The stakes of the strategic shareholders, ICT Group and PPF Group, did not change. The changes are as follows:
Vitalpeak Limited Company has reduced its stake in the Bank of 13.445% to 4.6445%.
Arrowzone Limited Company has reduced its stake in the Bank of 7.9494% to 0.0%.
Viewrock Limited Company has reduced its stake in the Bank of 7.1078% to 0.0%.
CRISANDRA HOLDINGS LIMITED Company has reduced its stake in the Bank of 4.1225% to 0.0%.
Vitalpeak Cyprus Limited Company increased its stake in the Bank from 0.0% to 8.8006%.
The company Arrowzone Cyprus Limited increased its stake in the Bank from 0.0% to 7.9494%.
Viewrock Cyprus Limited Company increased its stake in Bank from 0.0% to 7.1078%.
Lordline Limited Company increased its stake in the Bank with 13.8094% to 15.9022%.
In effect, the majority stakes of the strategic shareholders, ICT Group and PPF Group, have not changed. The ICT Group holds 48.48% of the Bank (including the shares that are currently under a Repurchase agreement), and PPF Group holds 26.53% of the Bank. The free-float on the London Stock Exchange and MICEX remains 24.99% of the Bank.
