OREANDA-NEWS. July 24, 2012. As of August 1 of this year, we are changing the method whereby we apply a usage fee to Blue from American Express while maintaining the existing amount of the fee, reported the press-centre of Citadele Bank.

The fee for cards that are issued after August 1 will be applied once a month. For cards issued before July 31 (inclusive), the fee for the usage of the card will be applied once a year, as has been the case in the past, but beginning with the next year of usage, it will be applied on a monthly basis. The total amount of the fee will remain the same, but it will now be divided up by months.
