OREANDA-NEWS. July 23, 2012. “AtaInsurance” OJSC   has opened 2 branches and 4 representative offices in accordance with  development strategy as well as to develop business activity in the country regions and fulfill new requirements of insurance legislation, reported the press-centre of  AtaInsurance.

The new branches have started their activity in Sumgait and Khachmaz and new representative offices in Goychay, Zagatala, Lenkoran and Shemakha cities. Thus, from 1 July 2012 total number of AtaInsurance’s bracnhes and representative offices has been brought to 8 units. In addition , the company is carrying out work on expansion of insurance agents’ network.

The company collected AZN 6.277 million of insurance premiums and paid AZN 1.289 million of compensations for the first half of 2012. AtaInsurance  has been operating at the insurance market since 2004 and carries out activity on 22 types of voluntary and 4 types of compulsory insurance. AtaInsurance  OJSC is the founder and member of Compulsory Insurance Bureau. AtaInsurance  OJSC  which has AZN 5.6 million equity capital is part of “AtaHolding” group of companies.
