OREANDA-NEWS. July 23, 2012. The event " Role, target and motivations on the way to success " was held for 30 young men and girls from SOS Children Village Association with organizational support of OJSC “Ata Holding”, reported the press-centre of  AtaHolding.

Head of the Department for Public Relations and Advertisement Dilara Zamanova familiarized the young participants with most successful motivation approaches. Head of " Ireli" Public Association Khagani Farajov and Chairman of Public Association " Integration in globalizing world " Ilkin Agayev told of existing motivations in choice of the career, identification of abilities at early age, necessity of education, different modern specialties and learning of trade.

Deputy Board Chairman of  “Ata Holding” OJSC  Rauf Garayev noted that  holding provides permanent support to campaigns directed for youth development. " We keep in the center of attention development of children and teenagers needing care and assistance in this sphere. Today’s event aims at providing assistance in development of children’s motivation, life style, education, career and learning of trades, giving them significant knowledge about advantage of profession learning, fundamental role of these factors in personality formation, responding to teenagers’ questions in this area and recommendations in their future activity ",- R.
