OREANDA-NEWS. July 23, 2012. ARARATBANK OJSC paid the 4th coupon yield of the bonds of the fourth issue.

Bond yield was repaid on the basis of the list (register) of bondholders of the Central Depositary of Armenia OJSC by crediting bondholders’ settlement accounts, reported the press-centre of ARARATBANK.  

As of 31.12.2011 total assets of the Bank amounted to AMD 87 billion 708 million, having increased by AMD 20 billion 737 million over the previous quarter.

As of 31.12.2011 liabilities amounted to AMD75 billion 475 million, having increased by AMD 20 billion 211 million.

As of 31.12.2011 total capital was AMD 12 billion 232 million, having increased by AMD 525 million over the previous quarter.

As of 31.12.2011 net profit of ARARATBANK OJSC for the current year was AMD 2 billion 214 million, having increased by AMD 935 million or 73.1% over the previous year.
