OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2012. The Bank of Moscow has issued a bank guarantee for supply of city trolleybuses for OOO Trolza-Market (Engels).

The guarantee was issued to secure due performance under a contract for supply of 263 passenger trolley-buses. The sum of the contract is RUB 2 408 801 220. The customer is the Moscow Department of Transport and Highway Infrastructure Development.

"Issue of a bank guarantee to secure a supply of trolleybuses for Moscow’s needs is another step in strengthening the image of the Bank of Moscow as a credit institution securing fulfilment of municipal orders and participating in the active development of the business of regional enterprises", commented Maxim Kokorin, Vice-President of the Bank of Moscow.

ZAO Trolza has been making trolleybuses since 1951. Recently, it has produced over 75 thousand trolleybuses. Currently, the company can manufacture over 1.5 thousand trolleybuses a year. The company’s output is in demand considering that more than 80 cities currently have trolleybus routes.
