OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2012. Chernogorsky surface mine run by SUEK-Khakassia put a new Liebherr-764 bulldozer into service. The agile machine operates just fine at various production units receiving dug soil at waste piles, doing land reclamation jobs, shaping slopes and drilling platforms.

"At our enterprises there's an investment program under way run by SUEK and aimed at upgrading the machinery," noted Alexey Keelin, the executive director of SUEK-Khakassia. "Putting the Liebherr bulldozer into service helped us to put a T-500 bulldozer with a used up service life out of operation."

The bulldozer has the following specifications: Engine output: 442 HP; blade width: 4 m; height: 2,2 m. Electronic control systems added comfort to the machine diagnostics, and potential errors of the operator are prevented by its safety system. The hydrostatic driveline makes for smooth ride, the climate control system fitted in the cab improves operator comfort and so enhances productivity.
