OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2012.    On the 12th-14th of December, 2012, ROSATOM will hold the IV International Forum of nuclear Industry Suppliers ATOMEX-2012. The event venue is CEC Expocentre, Moscow.

The main goal of the Forum is to create a favorable competitive environment for the nuclear industry suppliers who are ready to offer state-of-the-art and high quality products and services. Annually, on its site the event gathers together leading Russian and foreign companies. Last year, the Forum participants were over 600 representatives of more than 300 Russian and foreign companies.

The Forum traditionally includes an exhibition and conference. At the exhibition the customer side will be represented by ROSATOM, Rosenergoatom, United Company NIAEP-ASE, Fuel Company of ROSATOM TVEL and other.

According to a decision of the Forum Organizing Committee, the International Conference ATOMEX-2012 this year will include round-table sessions and section sessions on topics such as: “Procurement system in nuclear industry. Procurement control system”; “Best world practices of working with large utilities’ suppliers”; “State-of-the-art equipment for nuclear power facilities being built abroad”; “Engineering surveys, design and construction of nuclear facilities”; “Quality assurance at equipment supplies to nuclear facilities”; “Operation of NPPs. Requirements of the utility to suppliers of equipment to NPPs”; and other.
