OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2012. CNPC signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sichuan Provincial Government. Liu Qibao, Secretary of CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial People's Congress, Jiang Jufeng, Governor of Sichuan Province and Jiang Jiemin, Chairman of CNPC, participated in the signing ceremony, reported the press-centre of CNPC.

They held a friendly discussion on deepening oil and gas cooperation for mutual benefit and win-win development.

CNPC President Zhou Jiping and Mr. Jiang Jufeng signed on the strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of the two sides. CNPC Vice President Liao Yongyuan and Vice Governor of Sichuan Province Wang Ning signed cooperation agreements on developing natural gas and jointly constructing oil & gas pipelines.
