CMEC Attends 4th Meeting of 5th CCCME Standing Council
OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2012. The 4th meeting of the 5th Standing Council of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME) was held in Qingdao, reported the press-centre of CMEC.
CCCME Chairman Zhang Yujing and Vice Minister of Commerce Jiang Yaoping addressed the meeting, and the latter also expressed full acknowledgement of the achievements made by the manufacturers of machinery and electronic products, and congratulated the CCCME for being recognized as the sole 5A chamber of commerce by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. They encouraged participating enterprises to fully realize the difficulties ahead, boost confidence, seek for opportunities from the crisis, launch restructuring and industrial upgrading, and improve the balance of trade.
CMEC is one of the vice-chairman member companies of the Standing Council of CCCME. Vice President Li Chaoyang attended the meeting on behalf of CMEC and delivered a speech, in which he analyzed the current domestic and international situation and the difficulties facing the company, and introduced the operation of the company and some countermeasures. At the meeting, Vice President Li also exchanged views with representatives of other member enterprises of the Standing Council, and offered policy proposals to relevant government agencies and financial institutions via CCCME.
