OREANDA-NEWS. July 19, 2012. Fujitsu UK & Ireland has achieved a dramatic rise in customer satisfaction, based on feedback from its own customers. KPMG’s UK IT Service Provider Performance and Satisfaction Study ranks Fujitsu in 5th place, an improvement of 17 places since the last survey and a validation of an internal drive to restructure and re-focus the business.

Fujitsu has made the most significant improvement of the 23 suppliers evaluated by this year’s study since the last time this research was conducted in 2010, with positive change across all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) measured. In addition, Fujitsu was ranked number one provider for customer satisfaction in the Managed Network Services category.

"Eighteen months ago we embarked on a widescale change programme across Fujitsu UK&I. Hearing from our customers that this strategy has been a success in such an overwhelming way is beyond gratifying,” said Duncan Tait, CEO, Fujitsu UK & Ireland. “The rapid pace of change that organisations are facing is creating new challenges for our customers and the way in which IT services are purchased is changing accordingly. Fujitsu is adapting and growing, and will continue to do so, in order to ensure that we deliver services and solutions that meet and exceed customer expectation.”
