Factoring Company Life Took Part at Customer Loyalty Conference
OREANDA-NEWS. July 19, 2012. The Factoring Company Life took part in the international conference, hosted by Satmetrix in London, reported the press-centre of Probusinessbank.
The conference participants shared their experience in the customer loyalty measurement and analysis, studied the best practices of the most successful leading global companies, action-plans and conclusions on the customer loyalty.
Delegates of the Financial Group Life shared their vision for the development of this line in Russia, measurements of the Net Promoter Score index (NPS) in the Russian financial services market, talked about their achievements and points of growth.
Work with the customer loyalty is the key element of the customer-focused strategy of the Financial Group Life. The Net Promoter Score, measured in accordance with the method developed by Satmetrix, serves as the key indicator of the customer perspective measurement in the corporate strategy of the Factoring Company Life. Measurement of the customers’ NPS has been implemented and carried out on a regular basis in all business lines of the Financial Group Life.
