OREANDA-NEWS. July 19, 2012. Highland Gold Mining Limited ("Highland"), the AIM quoted Russian gold producer, announces the appointment of four Executive Directors to Highland's board.

Valery Oif, Highland's Chief Executive Officer, Alla Baranovskaya, Highland's Chief Financial Officer, Sergey Mineev, Highland's Head of Exploration & Capital Projects Development and Andrey Solovyov, Highland's Head of Human Resources & Administration have joined the Board as Executive Directors with effect from 11 July 2012.

In respect of the new appointments, other than the information provided below in accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, there is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) (i) to (viii).
