OREANDA-NEWS. July 19, 2012. Aleksei Sapsai was appointed the Vice-President of TRANSNEFT JSC, who supervises the Company’s activity in the sphere of building and investment projects.

A.Sapsai was born in 1972 in Buguruslan town of Orenburg Region. In 2001 he graduated the Ufa State Oil Technical University. In 2008-2012 he occupied the position of the General Manager of ”TsUP ”VSTO” Ltd, and Deputy Vice-President of TRANSNEFT JSC.
