July 18, 2012.  In compliance with the requirements of the Law on joint stock companies, TENEX (JSC Techsnabexport) published on July 2, 2012 on its web-site the public 2011 Annual Report approved by the resolution of the sole shareholder No. 23 dated 29.06.12 (reference www.tenex.ru/).

The 2011 Annual Report is compiled in an integrated format covering both financial and non-financial aspects of the Company’s activities. The report is prepared in compliance with the Policy of Rosatom State Corporation in the field of Public Reporting System and meets the standards set forth by the Leadership as regards accounting in the field of sustainable development Global Reporting Initiative (GRI, version  G3.1) and  the Institute of Social and Ethical Accountability АА1000.

Along with the 2011 Annual Report the resolution by the sole shareholder has approved the Company’s annual financial statements for 2011 that is also posted on the web-site: http://www.tenex.ru/wps/wcm/connect/tenex/site/company/reports/. In addition, TENEX’s this information was published in the nuclear industry corporate newspaper “Strana Rosatom”, issue No. 15(60).
