In the first half of the year, the cost of permanent assets in harbor construction work in Hebei has come to 9,500 million yuan, making up 59.4 per cent of the annual plan, with an increase by 44.8 per cent. It has finished half of the plan one month ahead of the schedule, reached a historic high and listed first among the 11 coastal provinces (including some cities and districts). Tangshan Harbor cost 6,950 million yuan, while Huahua Harbor cost 2,500 million yuan and Qinhuangdao Harbor cost 50 million yuan.
