OREANDA-NEWS. July 18, 2012. FAS Expert Council for Developing Competition in the Field of Manufacturing and Sales of Fraud-Proof Printing Products started its work. The first meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finances, the Federal Tax Service, expert organizations, “Goznak” Federal State Unitary Enterprise and other licensees for producing fraud-proof printing products. The Expert Council discussed the issues of establishing the necessary and sufficient levels and elements of protecting the forms of fraud-proof printing products, requirements for production of which are set by the government agencies, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Participants proposed several measures to establish the necessary and sufficient requirements for producing forms of fraud-proof printing products, to ensure their security and fraud-proof, and optimize budget expenditures for ordering fraud-proof printing products.

As a result of the meeting, the Expert Council recommended FAS to summarize proposals towards developing competition on the market of fraud-proof printing products in order to include them in the Competition Development Programme and its Action Plan for 2009-2015.
