OREANDA-NEWS. July 17, 2012. SEB Baltic Corporate Banking is headed by Allan Parik, Member of the Management Board of SEB Eesti. Stefan Stignas, the previous Head of Baltic Corporate Banking, took up the management of Baltic retail banking, reported the press-centre of SEB.

“Companies operating across several Baltic States number approximately 10 000. With corporate banking management that covers the entire region, we wish to ensure that SEB is the best partner for companies doing cross-border business. A specific action point in the immediate future will be upgrading the Corporate Client Internet Bank so that a company can manage its SEB accounts in another country from any SEB Baltic Internet Bank.

This arrangement will provide companies with a great opportunity to concentrate their services within the Baltic States in one country, that is, to manage their Baltic cash flows through a central finance department. Introduction of pan-Baltic management at the local level demonstrates the confidence of the group in the people working at the Baltic banks and is a ringing endorsement of the work of the SEB Eesti Corporate Banking team in serving corporate clients,” noted Allan Parik, Head of SEB Baltic Corporate Banking.

Allan Parik has been with the bank since 1995. In 1997, he became Head of the Large Corporates Department. He served as Head of the Corporate Banking Division from 2000, as Deputy Head of Corporate Banking from 2007 and as Head of Corporate Banking from 2009. In parallel, Allan Parik will continue to manage also SEB Eesti Corporate Banking in his capacity as Head of SEB Baltic Corporate Banking. As of 1 July, Allan Parik is also Member of the Management Board of the SEB Baltic Division.
