OREANDA-NEWS. July 16, 2012. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company branch in Tver won the tender for civil liability insurance of an owner of dangerous objects for the damage due to an accident at the dangerous object in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No.225-ФЗ issued on 27.07.2010, which has come into effect from January 1, 2012.

Agreements are signed with the company which is one of the world leading suppliers of lubricants. Total sum insured under the signed agreements is 105M rubles.

Altogether from the beginning of 2012 the branch signed about 70 agreements liability insurance of hazardous facilities with the enterprises, operating on the territory of Tver oblast and outside its borders. Total sum insured is 1 280M rubles.

Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has 13 years of experience in civil insurance of the companies, running dangerous industrial objects within the scope of the effective legislation, and it is a member of the National Alliance of Liability Insurance Companies. During the first six months, when the Federal Law No.225 issued on 27.07.2010 came into effect, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company issued more than 13 thousands policies, and thus provided policy-holders with the reliable insurance against the unforeseen expenses in case of an industrial accident.
