After the parties have agreed on the stakes to be controlled by the united holding company, the new business alliance will pursue a single policy on the market, Semashko said. “Today there should not be any competition against one another. Over the last few years Gomselmash and Rostselmash have been acting as rivals competing on the market. Instead of competing, the parties should get united,” the vice premier said.
Rostselmash Group, which includes 12 companies, is among the world’ top five producers of farming machinery.
