Chery Achieves High Exports, Topping 20,000 Units in June, 2012
OREANDA-NEWS. July 12, 2012. Recently, Chery has released its latest export data, announcing it exported 20,012 units in June, up 20.7 percent year on year. This is the second time it exported over 20,000 units in a month after exporting 20,093 units in May, creating a new record in which a Chinese independent automaker exported over 20,000 units for two months in a row. Chery had exported a total of 91,605 units in first half year, and is expected to achieve the goal of exporting 170,000 units in advance this year.
Amid the instability of overseas markets, in addition to accelerating localized manufacturing base construction, intensifying sales service network construction and improving service support level and capability, Chery has also been paying close attention to the adaptive development of products and the constant optimization of its export structure and launching more competitive models, thus further consolidating its foundation for overseas development.
