OREANDA-NEWS. July 12, 2012. At the territory of flight test base of ANTONOV Company in Gostomel town, an apartment house built by the Company for its employees was put into operation. 112 families will move into this nine-storey fully equipped house. Soon the lodgers will move into another same house built nearby.

N.Azarov, Prime Minister of Ukraine, participated in the solemn ceremony devoted to opening of the house. In his speech he noted, that government of Ukraine supports such an important aspect of social policy as building o- houses. “Every house put into operation is a real contribution in development of Ukrainian economics. It is very good, that beside upgrading the production base, ANTONOV invests money into houses building. It means that the Company is being developing and looking to the future. For two last years only ANTONOV employed about 800 young specialists. Providing housing is a good stimulus for them to continue working in the Company”.

As D.Kiva, President – General Designer of ANTONOV Company, says “An experienced collective of professionals is the main wealth of our company. More than 13000 employees – representatives of more than 200 professions and specialties, full staff of designers and scientists, working in 35 scientific directions including such rare ones as aerodynamics and strength of aircraft, mechanics, hydraulics, heat engineering, avionics, material technologies, labor here at present”.

At ANTONOV Company salary, bonuses are paid regularly, without delays, vacations are provided, medical certificates are paid, financial aid is provided.

A work on professional training of youth is conducted. Young specialists including students, attendees of senior courses and graduates of Kiev higher schools and colleges come into ANTONOV’s collective annually. Besides, ANTONOV Company works with the pupils of secondary schools. At the training, they can get a specialty of a worker and continue working in the Company.
