PwC Russia Wins Best Auditor Prize at Russia IPO Awards
OREANDA-NEWS. July 12, 2012. PwC Russia is pleased to announce that the firm has been named “Best Auditor” at the 2012 Russia IPO Awards. This year’s awards ceremony was held during the Third Russian IPO Forum, an event that aims to gather representatives of all IPO/SPO market participants under one roof, reported the press-centre of PwC Russia.
The winners in each nomination category were selected according to a rating survey of consultants by ReDeal Group, which covered all players on Russia’s IPO market. The survey ranked public share offerings based on data regarding all IPOs carried out over the past year.
In addition, winners were also selected based on another survey, which asked Russian IPO/SPO market participants for their views on the best public offerings and issuers of the year.
According to Rustem Teregulov of the Capital Markets Group at PwC Russia in Moscow, “This award is confirmation of PwC’s passion for promoting Russian business, and providing high-quality transaction support services to help our clients list on international exchanges. Our professionals are dedicated to continuing to serve our clients at the highest level, in line with global best practice, to help Russian companies prepare for and successfully complete the IPO process.”
