OREANDA-NEWS. July 12, 2012. The 2011 Annual Report is called “Creativity Tools”. It is in the form of a coloring album with a set of crayons. The album is a creative and colorful illustration of the Bank’s key business and development areas in 2011, describing products and services (provided by the Bank to its corporate and retail customers) as well as drawing the “bottom line” for the year, reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.       

“The Annual Report for us is not only a way to inform our customers and partners about the accomplishments we have made during a year, highlighting our stability and reliability”, - remarks Igor Bulantsev, Chairman of Nordea Bank’s Management Board, - but it is also a wonderful instrument of communicating with customers and enhancing their loyalty toward the Bank. It means that we always try not only to meet customer needs but also to anticipate them – going an extra mile to exceed customer expectations. We do hope that the Annual Report will arouse pleasant emotions in our customers and will be interesting not only for them but also for their kids who can color pictures there”.
