OREANDA-NEWS. July 11, 2012. The meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC  Irkutskenergo was held in Moscow. It was decided to appoint Evgeny Fedorov CEO of JSC  Irkutskenergo and to sign an employment contract with him for performing the duties of a sole executive body of JSC  Irkutskenergo for the period from June 10, 2012 to June 10, 2013.

The candidacy of Evgeny Fedorov was approved by the HR Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors.

We would like to remind that the term of office of Evgeny Fedorov as the CEO of JSC  Irkutskenergo ends on June 9, 2012; he was appointed by the Board of Directors of JSC  Irkutskenergo on June 8, 2010.

Evgeny Fedorov was born in 1978 in Obninsk. He graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2001, and subsequently completed postgraduate studies at Moscow Power Engineering Institute. He has a Ph.D in Economics. Evgeny Fedorov started his career in the RAO UES Energy Efficiency Center as engineer. In 2002, he headed the Power Engineering Department at RUSAL, and in 2006-2008 he was responsible for implementing the joint project of RUSAL and RusHydro, Boguchanskoye Energy and Metals Complex (the construction of the Boguchanskaya HPP and the Boguchansky Aluminium Smelter).

In 2008, he headed the Energy Division and later the Engineering and Construction Division of RUSAL (the Russian Engineering Company).

On July 15, 2010, En+ Group appointed Evgeny Fedorov CEO of JSC  EuroSibEnergo . He is married and has a daughter.
