Both parties will further intensify the collaboration in steel supply, R & D, etc., giving full play to their advantages respectively and fulfill hand-in-hand and win-win policies. Meanwhile, such products as Baosteel wear resistant steel, high strength steel and Baosteel special steel supercritical high pressure boiler pipe, etc have successfully replaced importation, and widely used in the field of Shenhua Group coal mine machinery and power plant, etc. It is reported that based on the strategic agreement, Baosteel and Shenhua Group will establish comprehensive and stable collaboration in steel supply, and development profound partnership in steel procurement, new product R & D as well as IT cooperation, etc.
