OREANDA-NEWS. July 10, 2012. Director General of the Belgorod Cement Plant, which is part of the “EUROCEMENT group” holding, Victor Hludeev welcomed the audience and spoke about the achievements and prospects of the plant.

“This meeting is primarily aimed at strengthening the long-term and mutually beneficial partnership with active and potential clients of the plant,” Victor Hludeev said.

The head of the technical control department and laboratory Vera Ivanova drew the attention of all participants in the Partner’s Day to the quality of cement produced by the plant, and also spoke about certification of the products. The quality of the plant’s products has repeatedly been awarded by various international organizations. Four types of products – CEM I 42,5N, CEM II/A-SH 32,5B, CEM I 42,5 N and PC 500-D0-N – have been awarded with the highest prize of the “Russian Mark (The 3rd Millennium). Quality Mark of the 21st Century” contest – Platinum Quality Label.

In addition, Lyubov Shakhova, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor at Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov, gave the report on “Technology of Portland cement. Its properties and application in concretes” before the consumers.

The meeting ended with communication between the consumers and the key experts of the plant in a dialogue format, as well as with the tour around the plant’s lab and mountain production area.
