OREANDA-NEWS. July 10, 2012. Recently, ZPMC has signed a sales contract for container cranes for the automated terminal project in Long Beach, California, with a value of 154 million U.S. dollars.

This is the first time that ZPMC has sold its port equipment to a U.S. automated terminal after Spain, Korea and the Netherlands and China’s port equipment has entered the U.S. automated terminal market.
 
The project involves six shore bridges and 32 automated rail-mounted gantry cranes, which are scheduled to be delivered in batches from 2013 to 2014.
