OREANDA-NEWS.  July 10, 2012. Zinaida Myakina, who had previously served as Deputy CEO and Sales Director of Allianz ROSNO Life, has been appointed to the position of Deputy CEO of IC Allianz. In her new position, she will head the Regional Development Centre established within IC Allianz, reported the press-centre of Allianz. 

The position of Deputy CEO and Corporate Sales Director of IC Allianz has been taken by Arkady Nedbai, President of the non-state pension fund Allianz.

The Regional Development Centre of IC Allianz is a new unit providing effective support to the regional network’s sales divisions and exercising overall control over the branch operation. As Deputy CEO of OJSC IC Allianz, Zinaida Myakina will manage operation of the Centre, regional directorates and branches (except the North-Western Directorate).

In his new position, Mr. Arkady Nedbai will be in charge for restructuring of the corporate sales channel, and for the development and promotion of the product line and motivation system for the corporate sales channel, formation of a successful system for interaction between the selling and service units, building a cross sales system for corporate clients.

Zinaida Myakina was born in 1966 in Moscow. In 1991, she graduated from the Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy. She holds a diploma in Personnel Management (studies under the presidential program).

She entered ROSNO Group in 1993. During her career, she has grown from the senior specialist for relations with Medical Institutions to the head of the Individual Insurance Department of ROSNO. In 1999, she was appointed to head the Moscow Regional Representative Office, and in 2003 she became Director of ROSNO’s Retail Sales Centre. In September 2003, Zinaida Myakina became director of the company’s St. Petersburg branch, and since 2004 she headed the North-Western Directorate. In 2008, she was transferred to the position of Deputy CEO at Allianz ROSNO Life. Since 2010, she has been serving as Deputy CEO and Sales Director of Allianz ROSNO Life.

Zinaida Myakina has a son. Her hobbies include design, literature, theatre, and winter sports.

Arkady Nedbai was born in 1970 in Vilnius (Lithuanian SSR). In 1994, he graduated from the Sergo Ordzhonikidze Moscow Aviation Institute. Since 1994 he has been heading various non-state pension funds. In 1999, Arkady Nedbai became CEO of HPF Rostelecom-Guarantee. From 2003 through 2008, he served as Executive Director of HPF Telecom-Soyuz. In 2008 to 2009, being a head of the pension security and insurance sector in OJSC "Ob’edinyonnaya Aviastroitelnaya Korporatsiya", he created a corporate pension fund. Since 2009 he has been heading a non-state pension fund Allianz. Member of the Expert Council by RF FSFR. Member of the Expert Council for Investment Legislation of the State Duma Committee for Financial Market. Chairman of the Committee for Non-State Pension Provision and Obligatory Pension Insurance of the National Association of Non-State Pension Funds.
