To master production of brake components for rolling stock according to diversification program and valid business plan, Poltava Auto-Aggregate Plant has purchased new CNC lathes made by Style (Netherlands) at the cost over UAH 1 200 000 million. According to experts, pay-off period shall last 3-5 years, reported the press-centre of AutoKrAZ.   

This equipment is the best solution for small-batch manufacturing system. High production lathe enables making the most complicated parts with minimum time expenditures. Lathe-bed of Style machnes is made of high-strength cast iron. To provide high precision, are used special bearings that fasten securely spindle shaft at 3 points: on both ends and in the lathe. Use of high precision screw ball allows maximum precision turning and dimension stability of all batch parts.

In the context of negative effects of world crisis, new machinery was purchased due to deliberate and sound investment policy of management team. This is one of key factors in the company’s success in domestic and foreign markets.
