OREANDA-NEWS. July 09, 2012. Vagit Alekperov, JSC  LUKOIL President, and Sergey Shoygu, Governor of Moscow Oblast, signed a Cooperation Agreement between the Company and the Oblast, in Moscow.

The Parties plan to work together on the following projects: construction of an oil-product pipeline to supply light petroleum products to Moscow Oblast, expansion of the network of filling stations, development of social and shopping infrastructures in the areas adjacent to the filling stations and also development of a recharging infrastructure for electric cars.

The Agreement is valid until December 31, 2017, to be automatically extended for each following calendar year by mutual consent of the parties.
