OREANDA-NEWS. July 09, 2012. Came into force No.282 FAS Order “On Introducing Amendments to No.254 Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of 8th April 2011” of 2nd May 2012, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

No.282 FAS Order is devised to optimize control over access conditions to the markets and (or) goods produced or sold by holders of natural monopolies, regulated under the Law “On Natural Monopolies”, and infrastructure facilities used by these holders of natural monopolies directly for rendering services in their field of activities.

No.282 FAS Order makes amendments to the periods, regularity and the rules for filling in the forms of disclosing information by holders of natural monopolies that provide services in transport terminals, ports and services for using infrastructure of inland waterways, and the rules for filling in these forms.
