OREANDA-NEWS. July 09, 2012. A special gourmet flight on Tallinn-London-Tallinn route takes place in which the Chef of restaurant La Boheme Marit Margat will be on board of the flight to introduce and serve the restaurant’s dishes to Premium class passengers, reported the press-centre of Estonian Air.

The dishes are specially made for the Sky Restaurant. Fish cake made from Estonian fresh water fish and trout with lightly salted cucumber and spring onion salad will be served on Tallinn-London.

The main course on the flight back to Tallinn will be lightly smoked pork tenderloin served with new potato and chantarelle. For dessert, passengers can enjoy chocolate cake or sour cream panna cotta with rhubarb and strawberrys.

Restaurant La Boheme is situated in The Main Manor House of Vihula Manor Country Club & Spa. The house itself dates back to the 16th century. More info about the restaurant can be found here.
