IDGC of North-West Adopted New Regulations of Oil Quality Control

IDGC of the North-West, JSC has adopted new regulations on organization of transformer oil quality control. An order to the effect was signed by General Director of the Company Sergey Titov on July 2, 2012.
In accordance with the regulations, one transformer oil testing laboratory within each branch of IDGC of the North-West will be vested with the authorities of a central testing laboratory where all information on results of oil quality indices control and oil-filled electric equipment condition will be collected. The central laboratory will also supervise the testing laboratories of all the production divisions.
“The Regulations we have elaborated and already enacted enables structuring and optimization of organization of works for oil-filled electric equipment operation, maintenance and condition evaluation,” – says Head Specialist of the Service for Organization of Operation of the Electric Power Grid Complex of IDGC of the North-West Natalya Kimasheva.
