OREANDA-NEWS. July 05, 2012. During the coming year Vologdaenergo branch will pay special attention to forest corridors clearing.

The agreed volume of the repairs program of Vologdaenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West for 2013 will amount 472 mln RUR.

Within the framework of implementation of measures for repairs of electric power grid equipment power industry specialists intend to carry out repair of 487.1 km of overhead transmission lines of 110 kV voltage class, 268.6 km of 35 kV overhead transmission lines, 2,290.16 km of 10 kV overhead transmission lines and 460.4 km of 0.4 kV overhead transmission lines.

Additionally, the power grid company plans to undertake capital repair of 12 110 kV substations and 19 35 kV substations, repair of 3 power transformers and replacement of 3 accumulator batteries at 110 kV substations. In accordance with the repairs program plan, in 2013 the power industry company will repair 249 transformer substations and 143 transformers.

During the coming year Vologdaenergo branch will pay special attention to forest corridors clearing. Vologda power industry specialists plan to clear 2,829.6 ha of forest corridors along electric power transmission routes of 110/35/10 kV voltage class. Apart from the main works, Vologdaenergo will also carry out repairs of administrative and production buildings, motor vehicles and special machinery.
