OREANDA-NEWS. July 05, 2012. Shopnet, a consolidated Taiwanese subsidiary of Mitsui, and Fujidinos, an affiliate of Fuji Television Network, Inc., which operates a site in Taiwan, held a press conference in Taipei on April 26, 2012 regarding sales of products manufactured by Dinos, a Japanese mail order company affiliated with Fuji Television Network. The event was attended by around 30 members of the Taiwanese media and was featured in over 20 media stories. This level of coverage reflects the strong interest and expectations toward Japanese companies in Taiwan.

From May 2012, Dinos products that have been very popular in Japan, such as comfort shoes, anti-UV long parkas, buckwheat husk-filled pillows and corsets, have been featured every Saturday on ViVa TV, a TV shopping brand owned by Shopnet, in Fujidinos Meihao Shenghuojia (Beautiful Home Life), a new 40-minute segment dedicated to Japanese products. Sales have been excellent, and the segment is scheduled to continue to air in June and thereafter.
