OREANDA-NEWS. July 05, 2012. The subsidiary of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company in Perm concluded a property insurance agreement with Semya, the largest trade and entertainment center in the Western Urals, for the total sum of 4.55 bln rubles.

The agreement insured the property of Perm Regional Department Store OJSC (asset holder of Semya TEC), including structural elements of the building, namely bearing and cladding structures, coverage and roofing items, foundation structures; internal engineering communications, equipment and engineering networks; internal and external finishing of premises, including glazing, showcases, mirrors.

The insurance policy covers such risks as fire, lightning stroke, gas explosion, damage by water, burglary and robbery, improper activities of third parties, falling of piloted flying devices or their debris on the insured property, run-over of land vehicles. The agreement is concluded for a term of one year.

The subsidiary of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company in Perm and the Semya trade and entertainment center have been successfully cooperating since 2004.
