OREANDA-NEWS. July 05, 2012. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has become a winner in the open tender for the right to conclude an insurance agreement for launch and flight testing of Gonets-M No. 13 and No. 15 spaceships. The tender was organized by the open joint-stock company “Information Satellite Systems” named after Academician M. F. Reshetnev (ISS OJSC). The insurance sum amounted to 380.5 mln rubles.

Gonets-M system spaceships were created within the framework of realizing the Federal Space Program for 2006-2015, and they are produced to work in the orbit group of the Gonets-D1M multi-functional personal communication satellite system. The launch of Gonets-M No. 13 and No. 15 spaceships is scheduled for July 2 of the current year. At present, Information Satellite Systems OJSC is manufacturing the next satellite in the system.
