In particular, at the auction, held from June, 26 till June, 29 it was sold The 95.852% shareholding in Viorica-Cosmetic for 51,04 mln. leis, the 0.195% shareholding of Fabrica de vinuri Saratenii Vechi for 680 leis and the 0.439% shareholding of Fabrica de conserve din Cosnitafor 1940,6 leis.

All issuers were sold at an initial price. The initial price for stocks of Viorica-Cosmetic made up 30 leis per share. In total it was sold 1701362 shares. The initial price of stocks of Fabrica de vinuri Saratenii Vechi equalled to 2 leis. In total it was sold 340 shares. The initial price of stocks of Fabrica de conserve din Cosnita made 0.2 leis and in total it was sold 9703 shares.

The shareholdings of Viorica-Cosmetic and Fabrica de vinuri Saratenii Vechi were sold in the first day of the auction at a total price of 51 mln. 041 thou. leis. In general, it has been offered for sale public shareholdings in 27 stock associations. In 15 of them the state owns the major shareholdings of over 51%. Shareholdings offered for sale vary from 0,195% in Fabrica de vinuri Saratenii Vechi to 100% in Armo-Beton.

Their initial price makes up 709.39 mln. leis. During the first stage of privatization, held on February -March, 2012, the state property was sold to private owners at a sum of 41.1 mln. leis; total commitments of new owners made up a sum of 60.75 mln. leis. In 2012 revenue of Moldova received from sales of the state property is projected to amount to 260 mln. leis. It made up 118.68 mln. leis in 2011.
